General Guidelines

For events that occur between 8am and 4:30pm, M-F, invoice will reflect the prevailing labor rate, plus applicable parts and port to port travel charges. Labor charges will commence once technician arrives on site. For events that occur after 4:30pm and before 8:00am M-F, weekends and holidays, overtime charges will be applied at 1.5 times the prevailing rate and be subject to a 2-hour minimum.

For repair estimates requiring a technician on site visit, labor and travel charges will be invoiced according to guidelines listed above. Prior to or at the time of arrival, a non-refundable deposit of the prevailing travel/truck charge and 1 hour of service labor will be collected.

Verify product’s installation date and provide a copy of purchase receipt for warranty purposes. Please fax purchase receipt with this page to us at 855-771-0700. Pay for adjustments, cleaning and maintenance, if applicable. Pay for premium labor rates (overtime or holidays), shipping for when parts are installed, any additional labor charges resulting from inaccessibility of the product. Pay for mileage/travel expenses not covered by the manufacturer.

Pay for repairs or damage resulting from flood, storm or adverse operating conditions. Pay for repairs resulting from improper installation of the product, improper electrical supply, water supply or drain system and those caused by machine modifications without manufacturer consent.

Prior to dispatching a technician, please provide valid credit card or echeck information with your approval for charges as outlined above and/or for payment of open account items older than 30 days. Authorized use of the credit card or echeck for future service events will remain in effect until written cancellation from you is received. If open account status is desired in the future, please inquire about submitting a completed credit application. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisioning of the United States law.
